chapter6A community pest launches a secondary class into multiple investigations with a focus on constructing the hypothesis, one of the most important and probably the most challenging elements of scientific inquiry that requires students to think deeply, logically, and creatively. They become expert contributing citizens, teaching peers, teachers and community organizations about the damaging effects of termites on property.
